Fees and Insurance

I work directly with the insurance companies listed below. I will contact your insurance company to authorize or certify your benefits. Please make sure you read your insurance policy carefully and contact your insurance company as well so you can be informed about your benefits and deductibles.

You are expected to meet your deductibles and co-payments by cash or check at the time of service, unless special needs and arrangements have been  previously  discussed. I am open to discussing payment options that are fair  to  me as well as my clients. A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned  checks.

Parenting coordination services include meetings, report writing, collateral contacts, correspondence and court appearances. Parenting coordination is not covered by insurance. Fees are  payable by cash, check, or credit cards.

I will do my best to maintain confidentiality. Exceptions to confidentiality are a court order, possibility of danger to self or others, disclosure  of child sexual or physical abuse and a signed release of information or a diagnosis or information requested by your insurance in order for you to receive reimbursement.
